SSH Terminal SSH relay

This host relays end-to-end encrypted SSH traffic for the SSH Terminal
browser extension. Every connection is initiated by a user; the relay cannot read
the traffic or originate logins itself. It refuses private address ranges and
non-SSH ports, rate-limits dialing, and keeps connection metadata (client id,
destination, time) so abuse reports can be traced and the offender blocked.
